This notice covers the Palm Gardens at P/X enquiry page that Next Investment publishes at palmhills.nextinvestmenteg.com. It is not the privacy notice of Palm Hills Developments.
What the form sends
If you submit the form, it sends your name, the phone number you typed, an email if you added one, the home you selected, the page URL, the time of the request, and any campaign parameters already in the link (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term). It also sends a hidden source_site value, palmhills.nextinvestmenteg.com, so this page’s enquiries can be told apart from palmhillsoctober.com. A separate hidden field is checked for automated submissions and is not stored when it is empty.
Why
By submitting, you agree to be contacted by an authorized Palm Hills sales agent about this project. Next Investment operates the page so that request can be passed on. The page does not publish a phone number of its own.
Where it goes
The form posts to the same lead route the Palm Gardens sales desk already uses. The route writes the row to the existing Google Sheets. This page adds source_site so the row can be recognised. The browser does not keep a copy of the enquiry after the request finishes.
This page loads the same Google Tag Manager container as that sales desk, GTM-PTM92M2H, including the Google tag AW-18528762063. Page and click events include the hostname. The enquiry itself is not put in the analytics event.
